As of the date of entry into force of this Regulation purse seiners fishing for tuna in the Regulatory Area of the Inter-American Tropical Tuna Commission shall retain on board and then land all bigeye, skipjack and yellowfin tuna caught, except fish considered unfit for human consumption for reasons other than size.
    7. Prepared or preserved tuna; skipjack and bonito whole or in pieces; but not minced (including in vinegar; oil or marinades, pastes) (excluding dried; salted or in brine; or smoked)
    8. The fishing by purse seine vessels for bigeye, skipjack and yellowfin tuna shall be prohibited from 29 September to 29 October 2009 in the area defined by the following limits:
